Pengaruh Knowledge Management System terhadap Efektivitas Pengambilan Keputusan Organisasi di Era Digital

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong organisasi untuk mengelola pengetahuan secara lebih efektif guna mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan adalah implementasi Knowledge Management System (KMS), yaitu sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengelola, menyimpan, mendistribusikan, dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan organisasi secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Knowledge Management System terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan organisasi di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna sistem manajemen pengetahuan dalam organisasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Knowledge Management System berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,8%, sedangkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,4%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) yang menandakan bahwa KMS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan organisasi. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 68% menunjukkan bahwa KMS memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap peningkatan kualitas keputusan organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Knowledge Management System dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan serta mendukung kinerja organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital.
